Greaves Motorsport has a record second to none of preparing drivers for the big step up to a drive at the Le Mans 24 Hours in a manufacturer-run LM P1 program. No less than four members of the Nissan LM P1 team announced to race at the French classic in June have driven for Greaves Motorsport in the past few seasons.

Michael Krumm, Jann Mardenborough and Lucas Ordóñez finished in third place in the LM P2 class while driving for Greaves Motorsport in partnership with Nissan at the 2013 Le Mans 24 Hours. Alex Buncombe also achieved a podium spot in the 2012 Petit Le Mans, all four drivers are an integral part of Nissan’s campaign to win at Le Mans this year. They are also part of Nissan’s FIA World Endurance Championship challenge where they will go head to head with Audi, Porsche and Toyota.

Lucas also drove a full season for Greaves Motorsport in 2012. The highlight of this was racing at Le Mans with Martin Brundle and his son Alex. Martin is a former World Champion in sportscar racing and his huge experience and professional approach was a significant factor in helping both Lucas and the team to progress.

Greaves Motorsport has been an important element in preparing these professionals for the top rung of the ladder in endurance motor sport and offers other drivers a chance to follow in the footsteps of this quartet. The team were Le Mans Series Champions and LM P2 Class winners at the Le Mans 24 Hours in 2011.
